HOUSE RULES:
As a super host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our Mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed within 48 hours of your booking. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have strict Cancellation Policy. 1. No Parties or Events
2. No shoes within the house
3. Please do not rearrange our furniture.
4. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
5. Do the Dishes
6. No Smoking inside the house. Extra cleaning fees may be applied.
7. No Blood stain on bed sheet – extra charge applied if any.
8. Lights and Aircon to be turned off when away.
9. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
10. Lost Key fee
11. Parking is provided on the driveway. Our driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park parallel in the front of the house.
12. If guest is suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
